DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE A POSSIBLE DELAY IN SHIPPING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS. PLEASE CONTACT USPS.
Orders are processed within 1-2 days of receiving them Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday's business day.
After shipping, orders generally arrive in 3-5 days. Actual time may vary, depending on location.
To track your order, log into you Lah Mirage account. You will find your tracking # under recent order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGING:
-You may exchange items for different sizing.
We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returns. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, simply return your items to the address below within 15 DAYS of shipment date. Any returns received past our policy will be rejected. See following conditions below:
- Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, SCENT-FREE, and MAKE-UP/STAIN FREEE. (includes deodorant, perfume, smoke, etc)
- Original tags must be attached (if applicable)
- Items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.
- Bodysuits are FINAL SALE.
If any returns do not meet these conditions, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you.
